Material requirements
Possible areas of application
The proper disposal of waste is strictly regulated. As a certified waste disposal company or landfill site, you must comply with many legal requirements. We address these with our process. The versatility of our TUBIS technology enables us to process a wide range of mixed plastic waste – without time-consuming pre-sorting. We take your previously non-recyclable mixed plastics and return them to the raw material cycle. We process polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) as well as polyamide (PA), nylon and polyurethane (PU).

PE
Polyethylene
PE is the most commonly used plastic in the world and is processed into a wide range of products. Applications include, for example, bin liners, transparent food film and food packaging.
PP
Polypropylene
PP fibers are an important factor in the manufacture of home furniture such as upholstery and carpets for indoor and outdoor use, as well as in a range of industrial end uses.
PS
Polystyrene
PS is a hard, rigid, brilliantly transparent synthetic resin that is often used in the food industry for rigid trays, containers and foamed cups, plates and bowls.
OTHER
Other Plastics
Other plastics that can be processed with TUBIS technology are polyamide (PA) or nylon and polyurethane (PU). Tires are excluded from this.

Acceptance criteria
Essential compositions
In order to completely rule out unwanted pollutants and impurities in the materials delivered, we have every delivery meticulously tested by an independent, external laboratory. Extreme care is required here, because our claim is: We only process non-hazardous substances – without any compromises! The basic criteria for a delivery can be found in the overview on the right. If these are met, we will take your mixed plastic waste of at least 2,000 tons available per year with a constant composition and recycle it in our high-tech plants.
