COMPETENCE IN PLANT OPERATION

We design and build adjustable and fully automatic plants that can process large quantities of residual materials on a permanent basis using patented TUBIS technology. Our leading expertise in this field comes from operating our own plants at several locations. Over many years, we have developed, refined and optimized our plants during ongoing operation. Since 2025, we have been producing at the Plauen site with an output of 24.6 kt/year. We will also be demonstrating our efficiency at our sites in Nobitz, Ochtrup and Borken in the future. We operate our plants in cooperation with suppliers and/or customers. Together we design intelligent and integrated energy concepts. In addition to the production of high-quality crude oil, the provision of waste heat for heating or process heat and the generation of electrical energy to supplement wind and solar plants are also among the welcome synergy effects.
